Problem to setup... pls help

I am having problem with this.

I have two lists:

MOS Level 2
------------------
Title          (text)
Reviewer   (people or group)

MOS Level 3
------------------
Title                 (text)
MOS Level 2    (lookup to MOS level 2)

Now, on my third list, i want to have a cascading drop down which lets the user choose MOS Level 2, and then selects MOS Level 3 which have been assigned to Level 2 as parent.

What I done was:

- Created a Cascading drop down column called "MOS Level 2" with:
Name: MOSLevel2
Parent Name: *blank*
Child Name: MOSLevel3
List Name: MOS Level 2
Column For Value: Title (This is confusing because there are duplicated Titles and I don't know which one to choose).
Column For Text: Title (same, many duplicated Titles)
Column to Join to parent: ContentType (I can't set this to blank, seems like the drop down must select the top one still, again... plenty of duplicated titles)
Column to Filter: Content Type ID
Select and Operator: Show All
Value to Filter: *blank*

- Created a Cascading drop down column called "MOS Level 3" with:
Name: MOSLevel3
Parent Name: MOSLevel2
Child Name: *blank*
List Name: MOS Level 3
Column For Value: Title (This is confusing because there are duplicated Titles and I don't know which one to choose).
Column For Text: Title (same, many duplicated Titles)
Column to Join to parent: MOS Level 2
Column to Filter: Content Type ID
Select and Operator: Show All
Value to Filter: *blank*

Error: An unexpected error has occured. (when editing properties)

I think the problem is in the spaces in the column names. I had the same problem:
